Individual Therapy

                Eros Health Center works with individuals to create the life you want. Many people struggle alone with mental health difficulties, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health troubles. We work with clients to use an eclectic approach to assess, diagnose, and treat these problems. We create a unique treatment plan for each client, and work with clients to meet individual goals over the course of counseling. 

               While Eros Health Center LLC focuses largely on sexual health issues, that does not mean we do not work with individuals, or with other problems. Very often, while a client may come in for a sexual health concern, we work with them on much more than that. We offer general mental health counseling, with an understanding of sexuality, when and if that topic comes up. Additionally, many clients are un-partnered, but still suffer from sexual health concerns, as well as mental health concerns. 

            We have additional training in working with clients who have experienced trauma and can provide a gentle yet productive holistic approach to overcoming the impacts of traumatic experiences.
